Refund & Return Policy
At Nova Net Solution, we strive to ensure total satisfaction with our IT products and services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns are processed for our diverse range of offerings.
1. Digital Services & API Integrations
Service Fees: Initial setup fees for API integrations and custom software development are generally non-refundable once the project kickoff has initiated.
Subscription Plans: Monthly or annual subscription fees for our payment gateway services can be cancelled at any time. However, refunds for the current billing cycle are only provided if requested within 7 days of the transaction, provided the service has not been extensively used.
Custom Code: Refunds are not applicable to custom-engineered software once the final delivery and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) are completed.
2. IT Products & Hardware (Shop)
If you purchase physical IT products or gadgets from our store:
Return Window: You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/seals intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Software licenses, activated digital keys, and products with physical damage caused by the user are not eligible for return.
3. Refund Process
Request: To initiate a refund or return, please email info@novanetsolution.com with your order/invoice number and the reason for the request.
Verification: Our technical or warehouse team will inspect the service logs or physical product within 3-5 business days.
Approval: Once approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash). Please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel ongoing service contracts by providing a 15-day notice period. Any advance payments for work not yet performed will be pro-rated and refunded.
5. Shipping Costs
For physical product returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
