As a client of Nova Net Solution, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information.

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Pakistani financial regulations.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials.

  • Prevent any unauthorized access to the systems we integrate for you.

4. Payment & Billing

  • Service fees, integration costs, and transaction commissions (if applicable) will be outlined in your specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).

  • Failure to clear outstanding invoices may lead to the suspension of API services or technical support.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we ensure 99.9% uptime and enterprise-grade security, Nova Net Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party network failures, unauthorized breaches outside our control, or improper use of our APIs by the client.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, software architectures, logos, and digital assets developed by Nova Net Solution remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise stated in a written contract. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of our proprietary technology is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if these Terms & Conditions are breached or if fraudulent activity is detected.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.
